Healthcare Access for Rural Patients
The initiative has been introduced to reduce barriers faced by rural populations in accessing affordable healthcare and surgical care. All health facilities have been directed to widely disseminate this information so that maximum beneficiaries can participate.
Registration and Patient Eligibility
Patients who were earlier referred for surgery but could not undergo the procedure may bring their medical reports to avail the facility. All individuals advised to undergo surgical procedures are encouraged to attend. Beneficiaries are requested to carry their CMHIS card (if available) at the time of registration.
